PULLOVER(FOR BOYS AND GIRLS): Winter Uniform remains the same as Summer Uniform, except for the Boys shirt that should have full sleeves. V Neck Maroon Pullover with Lining of Beige colour on Neck and Borders.

JACKET WITH HOOD(ONLY FOR CLASSES NUR-KG BOYS AND GIRLS): Maroon colour Hood Jacket compulsory for all students from class NUR-KG.

Regular School timings are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

However the students must reach the school latest by 7:50a.m.

In the month of January, the school timings will be changed to 8.30 a.m. -2.30 p.m. and accordingly the students must reach the school latest by 8:20a.m.

Kindly read the following instructions regarding withdrawal of a student from school:

1. A clear one month’s notice is to be given when a student is to be withdrawn.
2. In case of withdrawal, transfer certificate and caution money will be released on clearance of school dues.
3. Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fee for the month of June.

Yes the following rules regarding payment of fees are to be adhered to in totality:

1. School fee is to be paid by cheques only.
2. Every student will be issued a Fee Deposit Booklet which is non transferable.
3. Outstation Cheques and cheques on non clearing banks will not be accepted by the school.
4. Cheques duly crossed should be drawn in favour of “Sri Guru Nanak Public School, Adarsh Nagar”. Fee cheques mentioning the Name, Class and Section& Fee no. should be written on the back side of the cheques.
5. (i) Fee is payable in advance by the 15th of the same month in which it is due. If the fee is not paid by 15th, a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged for first seven days (i.e from 16th of the month to 22nd of the month) and subsequently Rs. 20/- per day for remaining consecutive days(i.e. from 23rd to last day of the month). thereafter the name of the student will be struck off the rolls on the last working day of the month in which the fees are not paid. Readmission will be at the discretion of the Principal and that too after payment of all the dues (fees+ fine till the month end) and also readmission fees of Rs. 200/- + Rs. 20/- per day fine from 1st of the next month.
6. No fees is to be paid in cash but to be paid in cheques/Demand Draft/ Pay Order only.
7. In case, 15th of the month happens to be a holiday, the fee can be paid on next working day without any fine; otherwise, the fine for late payment of fee is for every day after the 15th for which the default continues.
8. The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as the date of payment. Any cheques returned by the bank for non payment will be treated under the category of “Non payment of fee”. For this a sum of Rs. 100/-(Rupees One Hundred) as penalty will be charged only with a regular fine of Rs. 10 per day.
9. Parents will keep the fee booklet with them and produce it whenever required by the school authorities for verification, if necessary.
10. Duplicate booklet will be issued on the payment of Rs. 50/-(Rupees fifty) after obtaining a certificate from the parents about the loss of the previous one.
11. Fees for the months of May and June are to be paid by 15th May due to Summer Vacation.
12. Fees for the months of February & March are to be paid by 15th of February to avoid visitors’ movement during CBSE exams scheduled in the first week of March.
13. Fee payment timings are as follows: Monday to Saturday (working): 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, On 2nd and 4th Saturdays, no Fee will be collected due to Bank Holiday. During winter fee timings will be from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon.
14. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS OF XII: Fees for the months of February and March are to be paid along with the fee for January so that the clearance can be issued to them timely.
